Registration fee
The conference fee covers
Annual membership fees: 100 NIS for Students/Emeritus and 200 NIS for Researchers/Others.
Meals: lunch and dinner; light refreshments throughout the day and sunset beers.
Transportation: Shuttle service to and from the Karmiel train station; transportation for conference events.
Final gathering sunset event and the awards ceremony.

Payment & Registration guidelines
Individual payment
Possible only with credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
Lab Group payment - available until 23.11.26 only!
It is possible to pay for a group of people (lab group) via bank transfer or credit card.
A group with 5 or more members (including students, technicians, researchers, Emeritus) will receive a discount equal to a student cost (350 NIS).
If your lab register over 5 members please contact us for additional discount.

BSc Scholarships & Special requests

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration can be transferred between registrants (at the same rate or with an additional fee between a student and a post/technician/researcher) by prior notice to iaas2004@gmail.com
Cancellations

Until 05.12.2026 - full refund excluding credit card processing fees (דמי סליקה).

06.12.2026 onward - no refund for cancellation of participation.
A cancellation notice should be sent to: iaas2004@gmail.com, use the subject "IAAS 2026 Meeting - cancelation request". Refund will not be give for cancellation notices in any other format.
