at the end of the registration you will get to the abstract submission stage - make sure you have the file ready and open to copy and paste the abstract

Abstract guidelines

Abstracts will be submitted in English

Abstracts are Limited to 250 words (not including title, authors and affiliations)

Make sure all co-authors full name are included

Make sure all affiliations are included as well as the correct form as in this abstract example

Only one abstract per person can be submitted

Posters: Vertical, 90 (width) x 120 (length) cm
-
Talks: 12 minutes +3 minutes for Q & A; ppt; 16:9 dimensions
